Former Cardinal Heenan pupil Isobel Rycroft visited her old school recently to present two sessions to pupils who are considering a career in medicine. Isobel, now in her second year as a medical student at the University of Leeds, gave information about the entry requirements of medical schools and explained what it is like to be a medical student.  She also illustrated the life of a junior doctor and shared advice about personal statements, interviews and work experience.
