Celebrating 25 Years

Celebrating 25 Years

We celebrated our 25th anniversary with a very special Mass celebrated by Bishop Marcus and priests from across our parishes. Students supported with readings, hymns and prayers, offering up our thanks for this year and for 25 special years as a community, growing together in faith, hope and love. Other members of our community, both staff and students, contributed to preparing and decorating the hall for worship.

Many special guests joined us for the mass, including former staff, governors and student leaders. Following the mass, our guests enjoyed a small reception hosted by our Common Good Influencers, offering the opportunity to catch up with old friends and celebrate the friendships and bonds formed by being part of this faith community. The Mass also heard the inaugural singing of our new school hymn, which uses the words of our school prayer, which we have been practising this half term.

Thank you to everyone who joined us – we continue to pray for all past members of our school community every time we gather together to say our school prayer and it was wonderful to see so many familiar faces back in school to celebrate such a special occasion.
