Maths City Visits

Maths City Visits

Over two days, two groups of students visited MathsCity at the Trinity Centre — a hands-on, interactive maths experience designed to bring Maths to life. Students had the chance to explore a wide range of puzzles and challenges that tested their problem-solving and logic skills. From optical illusions to mind-bending number games, the visit encouraged everyone to think differently and enjoy the wonder of maths in action.

A highlight of the trip was the collaborative dome-building activity, where students worked in teams to construct a large dome. It was a brilliant opportunity to apply mathematical thinking to a real-world structure — and showed just how much can be achieved when teamwork and maths come together.

Overall, the MathsCity trip was a memorable and inspiring experience, leaving students with a new appreciation for the world of hands-on mathematics.
