Common Good Influencers – Feb 2025

Common Good Influencers – Feb 2025

Our newly rebranded Common Good Influencers are collecting crisp packets to be transformed into blankets and donated to local homeless charities. Look out for donation boxes around school.

As well as crisp packets, they are providing opportunities for members of our community to donate unwanted chargers and cables for recycling. They are also in the process of designing and building bird boxes to promote biodiversity in our local area. Their regular visits to Penny Fields School is still ongoing and it is great to see so many students giving up their time to get to know their pupils and participate in sing and sign, story time and board games.

They have also reached out to St Urban’s and have plans to work with them on projects including litter picking around the local area and creating care packages to deliver to those in need in our community. Their aim is to influence and inspire all members of our school community to get involved in some way through a range of challenges and community projects.
