Year 9 Girls Football

Year 9 Girls Football

This report was written by Alice.

The Under 14s have had a great start to the season. We have played two matches and unfortunately lost one but thankfully won the other. We were unlucky to lose the first game on penalties. However, in the second came, we won 1-0 when the ball came in from a corner and their goalkeeper was unlucky, fumbling the ball which thankfully ended up in the back of the net! Overall, we’ve had a good start to the season when we have stayed strong and put up good fights. Hopefully we can continue to give 100% and have a successful season!
