Girls Football 2024-25

October 2024 updates

Our girls football teams have made an excellent start to the year with a hectic schedule of fixtures. The U14 team are through to the semi-final of the County Cup and the third round of the National Cup. They are also currently top of the Leeds Merit Table.

The U13 team are through to the quarter final of the County Cup. Our U12 team have made a fantastic start to Year 7 and have proven that they intend to build on the best traditions they have inherited – they are through to the semi-final of the County Cup and the second round of the National Cup.

 

December 2024 updates

Our girls football teams celebrated a successful week at the start of December. The Under 14s won the County Cup on Thursday 5 December, with the Under 13s winning the same competition in their age category on Friday. The Under 12s completed our County Cup hat-trick with a close 1-0 win over Halifax Trinity.

All teams are still involved in the Leeds Schools Cup as well as performing strongly in the League. The Under 14s have also progressed to the last 32 of the National Cup, beating a very strong St John Fisher’s team in the last round. Congratulations to everyone involved!

 

January 2025 Updates

The Under 14 girls football team are through to the semi final of the Leeds Cup with a thumping 12-0 victory in their quarter final game. All of our girls football teams are competing in their merit leagues and doing well.
