Maundy Thursday Service

Maundy Thursday Service

On Thursday, we came together as a school community for our Maundy Thursday service. Fr Yemane led us in prayer and followed Jesus’ example of service by washing staff members’ feet. Students from different groups led us in reflections on the sacrifices Jesus made for us. Members of our choir led the singing and Year 10 students observed the Stations of the Cross.

After the service, all students spent time in their tutor groups reflecting on our school mission statement and considering the ways in which we all live this mission everyday through demonstrating and developing the virtues.

I have come that they may have life and have it to the full.
John 10:10
